Schedule:
Wednesday
Removal of all non-event food from the fridge and freezers (exceptions being coffee, butterpats – large service items). Please remember this is a Washington County Food Service Requirement for the safety of all attending the event.
All unmarked / undated personal food and condiments will be tossed (ice cream, pop, juice, veggies, lunch meat, salad dressings, leftovers) – You may consider displacing them for the item being in the Anthony House Fridge. The large service and care ministry condiments will be moved over to the Anthony house fridge temporarily.
The counters need to be cleared in the pantry of open or sealed cookies, pretzels, vegetables, canned goods need to be removed or sealed and put on shelves. No food can be stored below 6” above the floor level.
Even more Fridges to hold desserts will arrive and be placed in the hall area – we will mark the placement.
All unclaimed dishes will be stored in the storage area until after the event on a cart. The following Sunday we will move the cart over to the vestibule after church
Thursday
The dessert crew will move in and start making their creations in the morning and will be using fridges galore.
We will be loading in service items and non perishable groceries into the pantry.
Friday
Lois Bighill and her crew will be prepping food and creating the appetizers.
All fridges will be utilized at that point
Wine will be loaded in and locked up.
Nursery is needed to put all of the displaced fireside furniture during the day.
Wine glasses, linen will arrive (you can see how the kitchen is getting full fast!!)
Audrey will be managing the Auction / Hall set up will begin in the morning. Fireside room will be needed after the morning Mass.
