Theology on Tap
is a speaker series that takes place in the fun, relaxed setting of a local "pub."  Theology on Tap focuses on topics of faith and contemporary issues that directly affect the lives of young adults.  The goal is to provide a forum for young adults (& young at heart) to learn about and discuss their faith in a relaxing social setting. Everyone is welcome!
Sponsored by St. Anthony's Young Adult Ministry and Pacific University Newman Club

"Jesus & Genetics - What's the Cost of Designer Genes?"

What's the big deal about reproductive technology? How do YOU feel about invitrofertilization? Ever thought about creating your own designer baby?

Join us at Prime Time to talk with an expert in the field and find out what happens when you mix science with faith. Dr. Marc Marenco, a Philosophy professor from Pacific University, and Director of the Pacific Institute for Ethics and Social Policy, will be guiding our conversation and providing the background for our discussion: what happens when faith and science intersect? Should be an exciting evening!
